ITC-CSD-24042016 - Supply of Print/Scan/Photocopying Facilities from 1/8/2016 to 31/7/2019

The Institute currently has a managed print and photocopying solution in place for its staff and students. This system is in operation across all three campus and is managed centrally by technical staff in the Carlow Campus The current solution has been in place since 2011 and the contract supporting it expires on 31-7-2016. The purpose of this tender is to establish a new contract for the provision of these services from 1/8/2016 to 31/7/2019 with an option to extend it for a further two years subject to agreement by both parties .
