The Embassy of Ireland, Kampala, Uganda invites tenders from Consultancy Firms/Individuals with experience in designing, implementing and evaluating civil society and public sector funded projects; knowledge of various donor programmes and HIV initiatives, managing multi-disciplinary teams producing high quality reports and working to demanding deadlines to provide consultancy services to evaluate the Civil Society Fund for the period 01st July 2012 to 30th September 2015 and the Partnership Fund for the period 01st July 2013 to 30th June 2015.
