CARRIGTWOHILL CC 2016002 - SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT LISTS FOR CARRIGTWOHILL COMMUNITY COLLEGE, CARRIGTWOHILL, CO. CORK
At this time, Cork ETB is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of DES Equipment
Lists for Carrigtwohill Community College, a new post primary school opening in September 2016 in
temporary accommodation at Unit A2, Fota Business and Retail Park, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. The
school is being equipped for 300 students for the next three years, after which time it will move to a
new building which will be constructed over the next few years.
The tender is divided into the following lots:

Ø Lot 11: Multimedia Equipment

Ø Lot 15: Cleaning Equipment
Ø Lot 16: Kitchenette Equipment
Ø Lot 17: First Aid Equipment

as there may be variations to quantities and items required which would be different from the
standard DES listing.
Please note the following to be included in your tender submission, where applicable.
Home Economics Equipment
The successful tenderer will be responsible for the installation of all domestic appliances in the Home Economics Room. Please ensure that the cost of this is included in your tender.
Science Laboratory Resource Equipment
The successful tenderer will be responsible for the installation of appliances in the Science Laboratory. Please ensure that the cost of this is included in your tender.
Construction Studies Machinery
The successful tenderer must install and commission all machines and provide training where necessary. Please ensure that the cost of this is included in your tender.
Engineering Studies Machinery
The successful tenderer must install and commission all machines and provide training where necessary. Please ensure that the cost of this is included in your tender.
Machining Equipment
The successful tenderer must install and commission all machines and provide training where necessary. Please ensure that the cost of this is included in your tender.
All packaging must be removed from the school premises and disposed of by the successful tenderer(s).
All equipment should be available for delivery and installation the week commencing Tuesday 2nd August, 2016.
Tenders must be delivered to the postal address below. Tenders delivered by hand or post must be delivered in sealed package(s). The package must be marked with the RFT Title and the word “Confidential”. Tenderers must clearly set out a return address on the Tender package. Tenders submitted by fax will NOT be accepted.
