Deadline for receipt of comments on draft Contract (See Section 6.4 and Appendix: 8 of the ITT) Applicants will be deemed to have accepted in principle any provisions of the indicative Contract if no observations are made in relation to such provisions in accordance with the 6.4 of the ITT attached to this RFT103554.
The e-copy of tender application must be submitted electronically to Tender Box RFT 103554 on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/) Please take into consideration that you must be a registered supplier and should try the system well in advance of the deadline in order to be sure that you can submit tender application before the deadline. You need to click on SUBMIT in order for the authority to receive and be able to open your response after the deadline.
Three hard copy are also required, as per instructions of Invitation to Tender attached. The hard copies of the tender application (Master Copy) must be delivered as instructed in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document attached to this contract notice RFT 103554.
