Proposed enabling works to accommodate proposed extensions to Davis College Post-Primary school and Gaelscoil Thomáis Dáibhís at Carhookeal, Mallow, Co. Cork. Works to include re-alignment of Sexton’s Boreen at Carhookeal, Mallow, to enable the junction between Sexton’s Boreen and the Old Cork Road to be moved south, the construction of additional parking spaces within Davis College grounds & all ancillary works.

Invitation to Tender |
We enclose herewith the following documents in electronic format to enable you to submit a tender for the above project:
Tender returns shall be in accordance with the requirements noted in the Instructions to Tenderers document and should consist of the following:
The Pricing Document is provided in electronic format to assist tender pricing. We will accept a print-out of the Pricing Schedule as part of your tender submission, but only on the basis that you have made no alterations or adjustments to the text or quantities in the document, save for those issued by way of tender addendum. The contract version of the Pricing Document will be the version issued by Kane Crowe Kavanagh, amended to reflect any tender addendums issued, with the submitted rates of the successful tenderer inputted. Any tender which deviates from this by inclusion of alterations or adjustments may be deemed non compliant and disqualified.
Please note however, that the General Summary and the Mechanical and Electrical Pricing Schedules must be priced in black ink and returned with your tender.
Your tender must be returned to Mr. Niall Kennefick at the Cork Education and Training Board, 21 Lavitts Quay, Cork on or before 12.00 noon on Friday 26th February 2016.
The project will commence on site on 11th April 2016, and a substantial completion date of 15th August 2016.
Please note that the tender sum to be indicated in the General Summary of the Pricing Document and the Form of Tender should be excluding VAT.
Tenders by fax or email will not be considered.
