The existing virtual servers will need to be migrated into the new infrastructure and this should be covered under the proposed solution. The proposed solution should allow for seamless future integration with cloud services and should be energy efficient. Carlow County Council would consider the use of a hardware, cloud or hybrid solution for DR purposes and this should be covered under the proposed solution.
