Mould Remediation Works - Insulation To The Fabric Of The Building

The project involves the application of an external insulation and render system to the walls of the main school building (except the hall section) and 2 northern wing extensions, the internal insulation of the flat roof section to the north of the main building and the flat roof section of the stairwells, replacement of 2 dome rooflights and GRP insulated upstands, pumping insulation to the remaining 50mm of the assembly hall cavity wall and MF Gyproc suspended ceiling system and insulation to the ceiling to same, repairs to chimney stack and capping, widening entrance and the provision of new gates and associated works.
