MBH2/2016 - Provision of Case Management and Document Management Specialist Services

This public procurement competition relates to the Provision of Case Management and Document Management Specialist Services required by the Mother and Baby Homes Commission of Investigation. The Commission will require the services on a 3 days/week basis for a 12 month period.The successful tender will project manage a scanning project across various locations on behalf of the Commission. The amount of documents to be scanned each week is estimated at 10,000. The successful tenderer will develop a database to integrate the scanned images and allow for the Commission's research team to codify the inherent information. The successful tenderer will also develop a bespoke case management system for the Commission in conjunction with developing a research database to organize archival material for a social history report.
