The construction of 2 no. extensions in a phased manner, comprising external escape stairways with publicly accessible evacuation lifts, measuring some 360sqm, including rooftop plant areas. The stair towers will rise from basement and span four floors. Works also entail the demolition of existing steel external emergency escape stairs.Works to the Stairs and Lift Core must be carried out on a phase basis. The first Stairs and Lift Core must be completed and handed over for client for use and occupation before works can commence to the second Stairs and Lift Core.
