Detailed description:

The project involves the removal and replacement of existing asbestos ceilings, some asbestos sanitary ware, floor covering in classrooms and some asbestos toilets in two school buildings. Electrical services are also to be removed to permit the safe removal of ceilings. Plumbing services will be redirected as necessary in the replacement of the sanitary wear and toilets. The fire alarm will be extended and external lighting and sensors will be upgraded. Refer to the project specification for further information.
