Plesae note that all documents relating to this competition are available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie only. 

All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation and is via Achilles Procurement Services Ltd who are operating this procurement process on behalf of ESB.  

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format / protocol for questions, response times, format of response.  

Please note the contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.  The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

Suppliers already registered on Supply-Line do not need to re-register but should ensure their registration is comprehensive, up-to-date and refers to the Supply-Line codes and free text descriptions as outlined in the attached documentatin.
