Dublin City Council proposes to award a concession for the period 1st – 24th December, 2015 to operate a Christmas themed event at the Red Stables and environs in St. Anne’s Park, Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin. The concessionaire will be expected to deliver a high quality Christmas/Festive event that will: • Increase footfall to St. Anne’s Park during the Christmas festive season • leverage the potential of the park as a visitor attraction • achieve financial benefit for Dublin City Council from appropriate uses of St. Anne’s Park • Augment the experience of Dublin at Christmas time Please see the tender documents for full details.
