5769 - Provision of PABX Maintenance Services

C.I.É. operates a nationwide voice infrastructure comprising NET Promina (IDNX) multiplexors, Mitel/Aastra/Ericsson MD110 PABX equipment and associated ancillary equipment and systems. Equipment is located in Cork, Galway, Limerick, Athlone, Rosslare, Waterford and multiple locations in the Greater Dublin Area. CIE is now seeking applications from suitably qualified companies for the provision of Maintenance services for our PABX infrastructure. Maintenance cover is required on a 24/7 basis. The applicant must be capable of servicing all of the locations noted above. A response time will apply, this will be detailed at ITT stage. The applicant must be able to provide evidence of servicing all elements our PABX system The expected duration of a contract award that may arise from this process is 3 years with an option to extend for one additional period of 12 months each at CIE’s discretion
