MIC MSVR Works - Refurbishment of Mount St Vincent for Mary Immaculate College

The works will involve the repair, refurbishment, and re-purposing of the Mount St. Vincent property ay O'Connell Avenue, Limerick, to deliver Higher Education research facilities and academic offices. The property is a historic building, and is a protected structure. The works will be completed on a phased basis, with on- going occupation and use of a portion of the building by Mary Immaculate College during the works. New Mechanical & Electrical plant and installations are required.
