Detailed description:

The works shall include the following: 1) Ventilation , Air Conditioning & LPHW 2) New electrical distribution. New Lighting 3) Builders works including removal of ceilings and reinstatement. Protective measures for existing furniture and fixings The building will remain occupied for the duration of the works. All associated builders attendances shall form part of the works.
