PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE (PQQ) For the redevelopment and implementation of the Web User interface of the Online Sports Capital Register (OSCAR) for the Department of Transport, Tourism & Sport and to support the administration and management of the Online Sports Capital Register. The Web User Interface (UI) of the Online Sports Capital Register (OSCAR) was built using the Microsoft Silverlight platform, which some browsers are now no longer actively supporting. This trend is set to continue and as a result; the Department has now made the decision to move the Online Sports Capital Register (OSCAR) away from the Silverlight platform. The Departments goal is to ensure that OSCAR is accessible to as many users as possible across multiple browsers. Due to these growing browser issues the winning tenderer will be expected to deliver this project as a priority.
