EFM15.26.04 - “EFM15.26.04 FLOOR AND WALL COVERING FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT”

This procurement is for the creation of a framework panel for flooring and wall covering contractors to be requested to tender for the works at Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin (TCD) Campus. TCD intends to create the framework panel from Candidates who have submitted the best quality submission based on the award criteria set out in this SAQ. Candidates included on the framework panel will be requested to tender for selected projects ranging in value from €0 to €250,000 for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for one (1) year and a further one (1) year period. Each project will be the subject to a call off Invitation to Tender. The contracts the subject of this competition will, if awarded, be awarded pursuant to the procedures set out in this SAQ and the ITT for each call off. The contracting authority may terminate this competition (or any part thereof); change the basis of and the procedures for the bidding process, at any time, or procure the contract by alternative means if it appears that it can thereby be more advantageously procured. The most economically advantageous or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. TCD does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender. It is currently the intention of TCD that the framework panels the subject of this competition shall be completed on or before October 2015, although this is subject to change at the discretion of TCD.
