Dear Sirs,
You are hereby invited to submit a Tender for the Main Contract Services Installation Contract for the above, please find enclosed the following:
(a) Works Drawings
(b) Contract Specification
(c) Department of Education Specifications
(d) Public Works Contract Short Form
Will you please also note:
1. The site must be inspected by prior arrangement with the School. Please
phone school for appointment.

2. Tenderers are requested to include a fixed price premium in the tender return. Works will begin ASAP and be completed within 6 weeks. Failure to do so will invalidate this tender.
3. Tenderers are requested to tender all items specified on the drawings and within the Contract Specification. The items for equipment and plant from specified suppliers must be included in the tender return form. Alternatives to the specified equipment may only be submitted in the Alternatives section of the tender return form. The tender return form must be completed as specified. Failure to do so will invalidate this tender.
The completed Form of Tender is to be sealed in an endorsed envelope marked “SWS 2015 Works - Tender Return: Scoil Naomh Treasa National School” and delivered or sent by post to reach Ronan Meally Consultling Engineers, 1 City Wall James Street. Kilkenny no later than 12.00 O’clock on Friday 7th August 2015. Any Late of faxed Tenders will not be accepted.
Due to the short time scale for tendering, Tenders can also be emailed to by the specified return date.
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter (by email) and confirm that you have received all of the above documents and that you are able to submit a tender in accordance with these instructions.
