Re: GMIT Tender - Framework Agreement for Maintenance, Repair Services & Minor Upgrades of CCTV Systems at GMIT Mayo Campus & IiBC Building Mayo Campus.

 

 

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

 

 

Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (Galway) wishes to appoint a service provider to carry out the above service as detailed in the attached ITT. The initial duration of the framework agreement will be for 1 year, with the option to extend annually up to a total of 3 years.

 

Closing Date and Time for Receipt of Tenders:

 

The deadline date for receipt of Tenders is 12.00 noon (local time) on Wednesday 5th August 2015.

Queries:

 

All queries regarding this tender should be submitted e-tenders portal.   Responses will be circulated only to those Tenderers that have registered an interest in this notice on the Irish Government Procurement Opportunities Portal . The identity of the person making a query will not be disclosed when circulating the response.

 

The latest date for receipt of queries is 29.07.2015.

 

Tender Submission:

 

The completed Tender (which is to include all of the material identified in the Checklist for Tender Submissions at the start of the Invitation to Tender Document) shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and delivered either by post or hand delivery and must use the following label format as a template:

 

 

The number of copies of completed Tenders required is 2 hard copies and 1 electronic copy in PDF, Word or rtf format (on CD ROM or memory stick). The Tenderer is fully responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the Tender.   Emailed, faxed or late Tenders cannot be considered and will be returned.
