Architect-led design team for a two-classroom ASD-unit (470m2) at Rat

Tenders are invited for appointment of a Registered Architect to provide full architectural services for the project to construct a two-classroom ASD unit (470m2) in accordance with DoES TGD-026, as an extension to the existing school, to include fitted furniture and any associated modification of the existing building and site. The tender sum should include the cost of providing or buying-in the services of a quantity surveyor, civil and structural engineer, mechanical and electrical consultant and Assigned Certifier, and the cost of all normal associated surveys and investigations. Services as PSDP will be agreed separately. The extension should be a permanent structure, positioned not to impede future expansion of the school.
