Maynooth University - Phase II Science Building Summer Works

The mechanical contractor for this project will take responsibility as the main contractor responsible for all associated work. The work will consist of the following: 1) Replace one of the two existing boilers 2) Replace both of the existing direct gas fired hot water heaters. 3) Fit valve jackets and insulation 4) Replace existing small chillers with two new chillers 5) Replace existing pumps 6) Replace air compressor 7) Replace all the existing roof mounted AHU’s All associated plumbing, controls, wiring and builders works.
