Summer Works 2015: Replacement of Windows
The Board of Management of The Monastery School, Tipperary, Co. Tipperary invite you to tender for Replacement of Windows under the Summer Works Scheme 2015. The works as described in the tender documents:
Volume A: Drawings and Specification;
Volume B: Instructions to Tenderers / Form of Tender / Declaration of Suitability;
Volume C: Pricing Document
Information Pack: Preliminary Safety & Health Plan
Contractors wishing to submit a tender must visit the site and should contact Mr. Pat O’Halloran, Principal, on tel: 087 109 8392, to arrange access.
Tender figures are to be a fixed price. The client does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
Tenderers must submit the following documents:

Form of Tender;

Pricing Document;

Declaration of Suitability;

Estimate of programme (see below).
The tender documents allow a period of 40 working days (8 weeks) from acceptance to substantial completion. Tenderers should confirm what timescale is achievable by providing an estimate of:

Lead-in time for manufacture of widows;

Time required for site works.
Your tender should be received on or before 12.00 on Wednesday 15th July 2015.
