The Authority wishes to appoint a single external advisor to support the next phase of the Authority’s programme for the transformation of commercial vehicle testing including benefits realisation. The Authority is seeking an organisation which can work in genuine partnership with our staff, transferring knowledge, skills and methodologies to build the capability and capacity of our team responsible for the delivery of the remaining aspects of the commercial vehicle reform programme. The successful tenderer may be required to provide a wide range of professional support and advisory services in connection with the CVR programme
