RFT_VO_ProcessReview - Provision of services resulting in a review and modelling of certain business processes in the Valuation Office

The Valuation Office is the statutory body with responsibility for conducting valuation of commercial and industrial properties for rates purposes in Ireland. The Valuation Acts 2001 to 2015 specify a number of statutory stages which must be carried out for both Revaluation and Revision. In tandem with the implementation of the Valuation (Amendment) Act 2015 it is considered essential that current valuation processes and associated workflows are reviewed and optimised so that the national Revaluation programme can be accelerated and ongoing Revision work can be conducted in the most efficient and effective manner. The purpose of this procurement is to select an external partner with the necessary experience and expertise, including knowledge of and access to relevant international valuation practice, to conduct this exercise in collaboration with the Valuation Office.
