Additional Accommodation at Scoil Ruain, Killenaule

Tipperary ETB is providing additional accommodation at Scoil Ruain in Killenaule for the establishment of a new Special Needs Unit (SNU) and a new Music Room. The SNU will comprise approximately 552 square meters of classroom and ancillary accommodation as well as external play areas, a sensory garden and car parking. The Music Room will comprise approximately an 89 square meter classroom and will be built to the Department of Education and Skills specification. It may be appropriate to build this accommodation in two separate extensions. It is intended to physically connect the SNU into the main circulation of the school where this can be economically achieved.
