Catering Services at Teagasc Clonakilty Agricultural College

Teagasc is now inviting tender submission from suitably qualified Contractors for the provision of an innovative, efficient and cost effective catering service that provides a flexible solution to manage its services at Teagasc Agricultural College, Clonakilty. Professional catering contractors are being sought that have the ability to fit into the organisation’s culture, mould its services to their catering needs and to provide added value benefits. The tenderer shall note that this is a fluid contract and that the scope of works may be reduced or increased in due course at the discretion of Teagasc. As such, the contract value may vary in terms of the scope of work and the Contractor must be flexible to take these changes into account over the contract duration. The term of contract shall be for 1 year. The successful tenderer will supply full catering services including a quality full staff restaurant service, along with catering operation and management services. The scope of services required is detailed in Appendix A.
