2015/03 - Provision of online booking engine services

This is a tender for the provision of online booking engine services. The Abbey Theatre website currently uses bespoke programmed booking pages to integrate with backend ticketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software in order for customers to purchase tickets. In order to have a more cost effective solution that provides new features the Abbey Theatre website will use a subscription based SAAS (Software as a Service) booking engine. This will allow the booking engine to be upgraded independently to the other areas of the website. This also has the advantage of allowing the other areas of the website to be updated without the complication of booking engine changes.
