J65b LVAS - N86 Lispole to Ballynasare Lower & Ballygarret to Camp Road Improvement Scheme Land & Property Valuation Services

The N86 Lispole to Ballynasare Lower and Ballygarret to Camp Road Improvement Scheme forms part of the wider N86 Dingle to Annascaul and Gortbreagoge to Camp Road Improvement Scheme. A Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) for lands required to construct this project was recently approved by An Bord Pleanála. A judical review of this decision is scheduled for hearing in July 2015. The N86 Lispole to Ballynasare Lower and Ballygarret to Camp Road Improvement Scheme comprises two discreet sections which which are separated by a distance of approximately 18km and are as follows: (i) Lispole to Ballynasare Lower. This section of the scheme is approximately 2.7km in length and extends from a point to the east of Lispole village in the west, to the townland of Ballynasare Lower in the east. The scheme will link with the existing footpath network at its western terminus. (ii) Ballygarret to Camp. This section of the scheme is approximately 1.3km in length and extends from the townland of Ballygarret in the west to Camp village in the east. The scheme will link with the existing footpath network in Camp village. The Consultant will be required to provide all land and property valuation services necessary for the acquisition of the lands required to construct the scheme.
