Return Certificate of Compliance where relevant
Return with your tender a stamped addressed A4 envelope
Complete Appendix 4 – Tenderers Statement and return

Queries must be submitted through the etenders message facility on the etenders website. All queries must be submitted as soon as possible but no later than 7 days before the closing date of the receipt of tenders.
Important Points to Note:
Ballymakenny College reserves the right to award the most complete tenders. Lists that are not complete in full may be eliminated.
Certificates of compliance are required by the supplier certifying that the articles of furniture being supplied conform to and have been tested to the appropriate Standards – ref Department of Education and Skills Loose Furniture Document – these must be returned with your tender for each LOT where relevant.
Tenders will only be accepted in hard copy with a copy on a memory stick. No email or fax copies will be accepted.
No commitment of any kind, contractual or otherwise shall exist unless and until a formal written contract has been executed by or on behalf of the Contracting Authority. Any notification of preferred bidder status by the Contracting Authority shall not give rise to any enforceable rights by the Tenderer. The Contracting Authority may cancel this public procurement competition at any time prior to a formal written contract being executed by or on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest priced or any tender.
Unless expressly agreed to the contrary Ballymakenny College (the Customer) will not accept delivery by instalments. Delivery shall include the unloading, stacking or installation of the Goods by the suppliers staff, agents or carriers at such place as the customer or a duly authorised person shall reasonably direct. Installation includes commissioning, that is final set-up and calibration of equipment so that the equipment is ready for use. The supplier is responsible for the removal of all packaging.
