SICAP/15/001 - The Delivery of REVIVAL Skills training Programme

South West Mayo Development Company Ltd commencing April 1st 2015 has secured the contract to be the programme implementer for SICAP [Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme] in the Mayo Islands area and also throughout the Municipal Districts of Castlebar and Claremorris, Co Mayo Requirement: SICAP Goal 2.2: To support individuals from target groups experiencing educational disadvantage to participate in Life Long learning opportunities SWMDC through the roll out and delivery of the SICAP programme 2015 under this action aims to: 1. To deliver 5 REVIVAL plus, an accredited personal effectiveness programme with modules designed to improve communication skills, self-awareness, goal setting, team work, self-management. 2. There will also be a post-support phase where contact will be maintained with each trainee post training to provide further progression assistance and support to these trainees.
