This public competition refers to the provision of Catering Services, by concession, at St Mary’s Secondary School, Edenderry, Co. Offaly.The service provider will be required to construct, fit-out, operate and manage the canteen at St Mary’s Secondary School. This school requires a high quality and affordable catering service available to students which will provide a range of hot and cold foods and beverages as outlined in the school's Healthy Eating Policy. The service provider will also be required to cater for some school events outside of normal hours throughout the school year.
