Teaching Council Office Fit-Out - The proposed demolition, refurbishment and fit out works to the first floor of The Teaching Council Offices located on the 1st floor, Block A, Maynooth Business Campus, Co. Kildare.

The works consist of the internal fit-out works to the first floor of The Teaching Council Offices located on the 1st floor, Block A, Maynooth Business Campus Co. Kildare, including associated mechanical and electrical installations to service new layout. The public access to the building is directly from the adjoining carpark. The project consists of a redevelopment of the existing office space at first floor level, which will include demolition of existing internal stud partitions, an increased canteen, alteration to the existing reception and construction of new meeting rooms. Meeting rooms must achieve specific acoustic requirements. This is a live building which will result in out of hour’s works to minimise noise disruption to rest of building. The contractor’s compound will be located within the carpark adjacent to the building. Portion of the car park will remain in operation for staff use.
