St Joseph's NS Bonniconlon - Construction of new 3 classroom school at Bonniconlon, Ballina, Co. Mayo

Each Contractor must provide as part of the tender* to the Architect the following documents

·        Full breakdown of price as per breakdown schedule attached

·        Completed QW2 form with appendices as attached

·        Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

·        Estimated programme of works

Documents are available in hard copy at a reasonable cost of printing same if so required

All tenders must be returned to Plan Design Associates in a sealed envelope marked ‘St Joseph’s National School’ not later than 4:00p.m. on 16^th April 2015, tenders received after that date will not be accepted.   

Tenders will be opened and recorded in the presence of a member of Plan Design Associates and at least one representative of The Board of Management of St Joseph’s National School and each tender sum will be recorded and signed on that date by both parties.

Tenders by email are accepted up until the above date.

Tenders shall be assessed under the MEAT system and tenders shall be scored as below (details available on public procurement website)

Tenders shall be scored according to the following headings:

1.      Breakdown of tender completed as specified (10 points)

2.      Insurance details correct (5 points)

3.      Relevant tax clearance certificate (5 points)

4.      Completed QW2 form (10 points)

5.      Programme of works submitted (5 points)
