Construction of a new two-storey primary school consisting of 16 classrooms, general purpose area, ancillary accommodation, a new entrance to the site from Murmont Road, car parking , a set-down area along Murmont Road, 2 no. ball courts and 1 no. play area. Development to include new site boundary walls, gates & railings, landscaping, all necessary roads, paving, public lighting, drainage, sewage disposal and water supply as required.
