APPOINTMENT OF BUILDING ENERGY RATING ASSESSOR FOR TERM CONTRACT
Westmeath County Council wishes to appoint a BER Assessor for the rating of a number of housing units in its housing stock that has yet to be assessed. Approx 300 houses fall into this category. As these house become vacant they will require a BER certificate for the new tenants. It is anticipated that approx. 20 houses a year will require assessment.
