HBS 2015 - Print Bind and Supply of 20,000 Household Budget Diary Folders & Diaries

The Central Statistics Office is running a nationwide Household Budget Survey and requires the following goods to be supplied to its Cork Office. 20,000 Household Budget Diary Folders, 20,000 Household Diaries A detailed specification of requirements is set out in Section 2 of this RFT and is in 3 lots. Tenders must comply with the format of tender as set out in Section 3. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender of those meeting the specifications set out in Section 2, and not otherwise validly excluded, on the basis of the following award criteria [scored from 100 marks weighted as indicated]: The Central Statistics Office reserves the right to award each Lot separately please note separate costs must be submitted for each individual Lot. A quality check will be undertaken on all stocks delivered and the Central Statistics Office may cancel subsequent deliveries if poor quality or incorrect products are submitted. The final delivery quantity may vary + - 1000 units depending on the project progress and a final order detailing the precise quantity order will be issued no later than 14 August 2015
