The works include the demolition of existing primary school building. Construction of new 10 classroom primary school building consisting of 6no. classroom, 4no ASD class bases and all associated teaching storage and general purpose rooms. Relocation of existing temporary classroom accommodation, new set down and car parking areas. Reinstating levelled grassed area to the site of the existing school building and connection to a separate new Waste Water Treatment Plant percolation area and surface water attenuation tank.
