Prequalification of Works Contractor for Connemara Visitor Centre at Pearse’s Cottage, Rosmuc, Co. Galway

Development of visitor and interpretive centre and associated facilites on lands adjacent to Pearse's Cottage in the townland of Turlough, Rosmuc, Co. Galway. The proposed development is within the setting of Pearse's Cottage, which is a protected Structure. The development includes: (a) Single-storey visitor building (incorporating reception, exhibiton, educational, meeting and cafe areas and ancillary facilities). (b) Walkway lining visitor centre to Pearse's Cottage. (c) Semi-enclosed shelter building associated with walkway. (d) New site access and car parking areas. (e) Waste water storage tank (waste water will be removed from site for treatment at an existing licensed waste water treatment facility). (f) All associated works.
