Russborough House Carpark Extension

 

Please find attached the tender documentation for the above proposed works.

 The works comprise site clearance of existing woodland and greenfield area, excavation and earthworks, sub-base preparation, pavings, site fittings, lighting / CCTV cabling and access/egress barrier installation, ancillary site services and associated builders works. The works will also involve landscaping works to included grassed areas, as well berm formation. It is envisaged the works shall be carried out in two phases, both to be completed by the end of May 2015.

 

All associated details fo the project are included within the notice and the attached documentation.

Tenders are to be returned to the offices of Andrew P Nugent & Associates by the 27 March 2015 @ 12.00 noon in the format detailed in the Instruction to Tender document.
