WCCC/ED/139 - Waterford City Viking Triangle Public Realm Works to High Street, Peter Street and Henrietta Street

Waterford City & County Council (WCCC) is seeking to engage a Works Contactor and PSCS to undertake public realm improvements in the Viking Triangle Area of Waterford City. These works will include upgrade to the public realm and will be comprised of hardscaping, seating, street furniture, landscaping, specialist lighting and architectural elements. The scope of works will include public realm upgrade to High Street, Peter Street and Henrietta Street. The overall works is circa 1400 sq m. The works include the sourcing of specific stone for pavior setts and slabs, e.g. Irish Blue Limestone. The works will be carried out in a phased basis with sectional completions to allow accessibility of the Viking Triangle during the works.
