Pre-Qualification of Electrical Specialists for the provision of Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Fire Detection and Alarm System, General Services, ICT Services, Site Lighting, Incoming ESB, LV Power and Distribution Services, Security Services (Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm), Audio Visual Services, Mechanical Plant Wiring to the proposed new office development for the Special Olympics Ireland HQ. The development consists of constructing a new single storey (with plant room on the first floor) office building with a floor area of approximately 1,650 m2 along with the refurbishment of an existing unused laboratory building to provide accommodation for storage and a training room.
