GS Bhaile Brigin - ASD unit - Design and Planning of 1x 470m^2 two classroom ASD unit but Delivery of 1 x x 201m^2 one classroom ASD unit

Tenders are invited for Architectural services including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required for the design and planning of a 2 classroom ASD unit but delivery of 1 classroom ASD unit first at the site of Gaelscoil Bhaile Brigin, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. A permanent structure should be built and positioned in such a way so as not to interfere with any future development of the school. The tender must include the following: - The provision of toilet facilities appropriate (including the provision of one toilet/shower for assisted users) - Circulation space to provide access to the classrooms and toilets - Fitted furniture - Professional fees including normal associated costs such as surveys and investigations. Professional fees are deemed to include for procuring all required statutory consents (planning permission, fire safety certificate, disability access certificate) The address to which tenders must be returned and the date and time before which tenders must be received are stated in the contract notice. Tenders sent to any other addresses or received after the specified date and time will be deemed invalid tenders. Unsigned tenders/tender proposal forms will likewise be deemed invalid tender. The signature for the Form of Tender/Tender proposal form must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm. Tenders must be in the format prescribed in the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form and all required documents must be submitted. Tenders may be submitted by hand, by registered post or by e-mail. tenders submitted by e-mail must include all attachments in PDF format, signed and scanned. The onus is on the sender to obtain proof of delivery of any tender unless sent by registered post or recorded delivery.
