TNS 12/2014 - Invitation to Tender for Architectural Consultancy Services for School Building Project at Scoil Mhuire Fatima, Timahoe, Co. Laois

On behalf of the School Board of Management (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Architectural Services including, if available, the additional services of an individual to fulfil the role of Project Supervisor (Design) Process (PSDP), for this project. The project consists of • 1 x 80m2 Main Stream Classroom, 1 x WC for assisted users& • 2 Classroom Early Intervention ASD Unit (367m2) • The provision of toilet facilities appropriate for the number of new mainstream classrooms (including the provision of one toilet/shower for assisted users) • Fitted Furniture • Circulation space to provide access to the classrooms and toilets • Removal of existing prefabs and making good the site (where applicable)
