Cork Training Centre invites Tenders from suitably qualified, experienced and completent Mechanical Services Contractors, for Proposed Works, in accorance with the attached Tender Documents.

 

Description of Proposed Works 

 

Summary Description:

Mechanical Services Upgrade and Associated Works at Administration Building, Cork Training Centre, Rossa Avenue, Bishopstown, Cork.

 

Detailed Description:

Mechanical Services Upgrade Works to the existing Administration Building, consisting of safe disconnection, removal and disposal of existing Mechanical Services installations, provision of a new Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) ducted Air Conditioning system, with heat recovery ventilation, all associated Builder's Work and Electrical Services attendances, commissioning, demonstration and handover.

Suitability of Tenderer

 

All tenderers are required to complete and submit with their tenders, Form DoES QW2 Suitability Assessment Declaration (copy included with Tender Documents and also available on Department of Education and Skills Website).

 

Failure by the apparently successful Tenderer to submit the evidences required, or to submit satisfactory evidences within 7 days of the issue of the Letter of Intent, will result in the Employer proceeding to award the Contract to another Tenderer.

  • PW-CF6-FTS –Public Works Short Form of Contract

 

  • MF 1.7  Parent Company Guarantee (where applicable)

 

  • MF 1. 10   Appontmeent of Project Supervisor Construction Stage

 

  • MF 1.13 Rates of Pay and Conditons of Employment Certificate

 

Visit Site

All Tenderers must visit the site and familiarise themselves with the Project and its requirements.
