Detailed Description:
Mechanical Services Upgrade Works to the existing Administration Building, consisting of safe disconnection, removal and disposal of existing Mechanical Services installations, provision of a new Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) ducted Air Conditioning system, with heat recovery ventilation, all associated Builder's Work and Electrical Services attendances, commissioning, demonstration and handover.

Suitability of Tenderer
All tenderers are required to complete and submit with their tenders, Form DoES QW2 Suitability Assessment Declaration (copy included with Tender Documents and also available on Department of Education and Skills Website).
Failure by the apparently successful Tenderer to submit the evidences required, or to submit satisfactory evidences within 7 days of the issue of the Letter of Intent, will result in the Employer proceeding to award the Contract to another Tenderer.
