NUIG/BUILD/018/14 - Invitation to Tender for Single Point Design Team (SPDT) Services for the development of a Water Sports Facility

The University has selected a site on Earls Island at the southern tip of the University campus for the development of a Water Sports Facility (WSF). The project will involve the demolition of a number of existing buildings (stone sheds, vacant factory type buildings) all of which are in poor condition and the construction of a new purpose built Water Sports Facility. The WSF will accommodate needs of the 6 University water based sports clubs and will help realise the University's ambition in terms of participation in water based sports.
