The project requires the delivery of 3 smartphone applications This project is part financed by the European Union’s INTERREG IVA Cross Border Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body and will be delivered by Newry & Mourne DC tourism staff. 1.Leisure/sporting activity guide to the Newry and Mourne area 2. Christian Heritage 3. Ross related and the Star Spangled Banner The applications must be the product of extensive research, design and creative writing. The chosen provider will be expected to add value to the applications through their own research and creativity The applications must be submitted to the Council’s tourism staff for review and comment prior to final production. Submissions are to be made to the N&MDC e-Portal - www.newryandmourne.gov.uk/procurement.
