005 - Framework for the Engineering Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Piped Mechanical Utilities Services and Equipment

Scope of requirements The general scope required is all inclusive for the engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation for all Piped Mechanical Utilities. The following schedule is indicative only and maybe varied by SmartPly at any time without any penalty to SmartPly. Mechanical Scope: Piped Utilities; Engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation (Including tracing heating & insulation where necessary) (Including design function where necessary) a. Compressed Air (Design/supply/install/commission) i. Approximately 1600lin metre of galvanised piping c/w fittings and brackets with diameters varying between 15mm to 100mm and back up compressor. b. Process Water (Design/supply/install/commission) i. Approximately 300lin metre of galvanised piping c/w fittings and brackets with diameters varying from 50mm to 100mm. c. Resin/Wax Piping (Design/supply/install/commission) i. Approximately 275lin metres of CS piping c/w fittings and brackets and diameter 75mm. d. Thermal Oil Piping (Operating temperature 285-300ºC) i. Approximately 750lin metre of CS piping c/w fittings and brackets, installation of Booster pumps, decommission approximately 400 metre of 8” and 3” diameter piping.
