AR/29/14 - The Supply & Installation of Manual Mobile Shelving

Sealed tenders addressed to the Director of Furniture Services, Furniture Division, Office of Public Works, Mountshannon Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8, and receivable up to noon on 7^th November, 2014 are invited for the supply and installation of manual mobile shelving to Department of Social Protection, Webworks Building, Fairgreen Road, Galway, Co Galway.

 

The form of tender (see page 15) must be signed by an authorized officer of the firm. Failure to sign the tender will invalidate the tender. When submitting tenders, the envelope should be marked clearly "TENDER AR/29/14”.

 

The award criteria will be Price, Proven track record in the supply and installation of mobile shelving, Best design proposal, Programme/Completion, Duration of warranty/Cost-free maintenance Period. It will be a condition of the award of the contract that a firm must be able to produce promptly a Tax Clearance Certificate.

The Commissioners of Public Works shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
