Mitchels Area CCTV - CCTV system for Mitchels Area Tralee

This CCTV system is designed to meet the operational requirements of Kerry County Council. The requirement is for a system which provides high quality continuous recording from 21 external cameras, with capacity for up to 32 cameras with future expansion. The cameras must be capable of providing high resolution and accurate colour images under a wide variety of conditions ranging from high and variable levels of daylight, to very low-light. The system will consist of the following; 1. 1 x 32 channel NVR – Hikvision DS 9632NI-ST system or equivalent model. 2. 21 x external 3MP IP Fixed Bullet cameras – HikvisionDS 2CD2632FI( S) 3MP 2.8mm to 12mm Vari-focal IR Bullet Camera or equivalent model. 3. Camera locations will be as per schedule – see below. 4. 1 x 23” monitor on the Office desk. 5. Wireless mouse. 6. Wireless transmission system transmitting images to Council office from each camera location. Ubiquiti Nano Station M devices using airMAX technology or equivalent systemis required. 7. All external cameras to have IP66 rating minimum. 8. Cameras, monitors and recording equipment to be CE compliant. 9. System will be installed to IS-EN50132 standard. 10. The Contractor shall include for height access for the installation of the CCTV and wireless transmission systems. 11. Tenders to include technical data sheet for cameras, transmission equipment, monitors and recording equipment.
