Corduff / Corracharra GWS. - Rising Water Main Replacement Contract - Corduff / Corracharra GWS, Corduff, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan
The proposed works comprise of laying circa 900m of 225mm OD SDR 11 HPPE Pipe including all associated ancillary works. The majority of the pipe shall be laid using the traditional open cut method but with a 30m section under an existing small stream being laid by directional drilling. Works will also comprise the installations of 4No. sluice valves, 3 No. air valves, flange adaptions, tees, connections and the like as described in the tender documents. Chambers will be constructed for all valves. Pipes will be laid along an existing public road and all surfaces to be fully reinstated upon completion. Works will take place in the townlands of Corduff and Ummerfree, County Monaghan.
